Atlanta Hawks vs. Chicago Bulls

Tip-off: Monday,  January 14, 2013 – 8:00 PM ET

United Center, Chicago, IL

As YouWager bettors know, the Chicago Bulls have enjoyed some big victories away from home however, they haven’t been able to do the same while playing at home.

The Atlanta Hawks would like for that trend to continue tonight as they look to move past their recent road struggles.

The Bulls (20-15) have won eight of its last 10 on the road, including a victory versus the Miami Heat and two versus the New York Knicks after a 108-101 win on Friday night.

Nevertheless, Chicago hasn’t played with the same edge at home while dropping four of six there. They fell to 10-10 on their home floor Saturday when the Phoenix Suns stopped a 12-game road skid with a 97-81 win.

The Charlotte Bobcats also snapped its 18-game overall losing streak with a 91-81 win in Chicago on Dec. 31.

Chicago will try to change things around against a Hawks team that has dropped four in a row at the United Center dating back to the 2011 NBA playoffs.

After winning 20 of their first 30 games, Atlanta (21-15) are mired in their worst stretch of the basketball season. The Hawks lost for the fifth time in six games Saturday, falling 93-83 at league-worst Washington Wizards.

Hawks center Al Horford will try to assist in the recovery after finishing with 16 points and 12 rebounds Saturday. The 26 year-old had 20 points on 9-of-12 shooting and 10 boards to lead Atlanta to a 92-75 win over Chicago on Dec. 22.

The Hawks averaged 98.0 points over their first two months of the season, but they rank near the bottom of the league in scoring at 90.3 in January.

Atlanta would like to impress their online sports betting fans by finding a spark against the Bulls defense that has been vulnerable lately. Even when Chicago ranks third in the NBA in points allowed at 92.3 per game, they’ve given up 100.7 in their last three.

The Bulls want to recover after shooting just 36.4 percent from the floor and 2 of 11 from 3-point range versus Phoenix..
