Chicago Bulls vs. Miami Heat
Tip-off: Wednesday, May 15, 2013 – 7:00 PM ET
AmericanAirlines Arena, Miami, FL
The Miami Heat have had to face a lot of difficulties during the Eastern Conference semifinals. Dwyane Wade is obviously in a lot of pain. LeBron James’ shooting percentage is not looking good and Shane Battier as well as Ray Allen have had to struggle to get anything going from 3-point range.
However, YouWager experts consider the Heat are now in absolute control of this series.
Just a week ago everyone was talking about how the Chicago Bulls had the Heat’s number like no other team.
That seems like forever ago after three straight victories — by an average of 23.3 points — have Miami one victory away from returning to the East finals. Up 3-1 in the series, the Florida team will try to close out Chicago in Game 5 at Miami this evening.
When the Heat get an opportunity to finish off a rival, they sure don’t waste any time. Since James, Wade and Chris Bosh joined up, Miami is 8-2 in games where they can clinch a series, winning each of their last five by double figures.
According to what the NBA live betting lines are looking like now, it’s not hard to think about tonight’s game going down the same road.
Chicago outscored Miami in Game 1, tried to outmuscle them in Games 2 and 3, and then simply looked outmanned in Game 4.
Derrick Rose hasn’t been able to suit up all season, Kirk Hinrich hasn’t played since logging 60 minutes in the Bulls’ triple-overtime Game 4 versus the Brooklyn Nets in the opening round and Luol Deng is still dealing with the effects of a terrible bout of illness.
Last Wednesday, Chicago shot just under 26 percent, scored nine points in the third quarter and saw Nate Robinson – the Bulls’ best offensive weapon in these NBA playoffs — take 12 shots and miss them all.
