Penn State Nittany Lions might have a new head coach in Vanderbilt’s James Franklin. The offering took place after a long meeting with the search committee in Florida, according to YouWager experts.

The 41 year-old Franklin has become one of the hottest coaching names with his success with Vanderbilt, winning 24 college football games over the past three seasons.
The Pennsylvania native led the Commodores to bowl games in all three of his seasons and posted back-to-back bowl wins, both firsts in school history.
