Week 11 of the 2017 college football season is one that is going to be remembered for a huge shift in the balance of power. Top-ranked Georgia was pounded by Auburn, while Notre Dame was hammered by Miami, and Alabama barely escaped with a win against Mississippi State. It was everything that makes the NCAAF Betting Roundup great, and while there are only two weeks left in the regular season, you can almost guarantee that we have not seen the last of the shocks and surprises, as there are still many big games to come. For now, we are going to look ahead to Week 12 to see which games you should be paying attention to when it comes time to start wagering.

TCU Horned Frogs vs. Texas Tech Red Raiders

TCU saw their playoff hopes come to an end with a loss to Oklahoma last weekend, but they still have the consolation prize of a Big 12 Championship still in their sights. Oklahoma State and West Virginia are breathing down their neck for a spot in the big game, which will likely be against the Sooners, so the Horned Frogs need to find a way to shake off the disappointment of Saturday and get the win against a Texas Tech team that is 2-5 in conference play. TCU would love another shot at Oklahoma, and the chance to kill the Sooners playoff hopes.

Kentucky Wildcats vs Georgia Bulldogs

The sign of a good team is how they respond to adversity, which means that this weekend should show us just how good this Bulldogs team really is. They were seriously humbled by the Auburn Tigers over the weekend and will fall out of a playoff spot when the rankings are released on Tuesday night. Georgia gets to head home for a tough game against a very good Kentucky Wildcats team, and you get the sense that the Dawgs still control their own destiny. If they win out, including a victory in the SEC Championship Game, they should be in the final four. It’s all to play for in Athens this weekend.

Virginia Cavaliers vs Miami Hurricanes

There are going to be a couple of new teams in the top 4 when the Playoff Committee releases their rankings on Tuesday night, and you can almost guarantee that the Miami Hurricanes are going to be in there. After spending the majority of the season picking up last-gasp wins against lesser opposition, the Hurricanes finally showed what they are made off with an absolute trouncing of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. This weekend sees them welcome in the Virginia Cavaliers in what should be an easy win, but there is often a bit of a letdown after a huge win, so Miami will need to be on high alert with this one.

Michigan Wolverines vs Wisconsin Badgers

With a 10-0 record, the Wisconsin Badgers have already booked their ticket to the Big 10 Championship game, but they may also have finally cracked the top 4 after the events of last weekend. The knock on the Badgers is that they have played a weaker schedule than most, but all they can do is continue to win and let the chips fall where they may. Michigan has responded well after their loss to Penn State, winning 3 in a row and playing some fantastic defense along the way. They would love nothing more than to kill the Badgers playoff hopes, so look for them to come out all fired up on Saturday afternoon.
